The room faced the outside seating area. This meant noise was often a problem. a group partied loudly one night. Sleep was difficult. also, the bathroom was quite small. Maneuvering felt cramped.

the location was good.
The room was not what i expected. it reminded me of i was right above the pub (i wasn't aware it would be this noisy). i could hear everything, and i mean everything, until late at night. it really affected my sleep. i wish i had known this beforehand. I might have chosen a different room.

the staff were very cute and helpful. breakfast had a wide choice of items. i found free washing and drying facilities available to use (even free drinks were provided).
the room floor was slightly thin above the pub, so some noise travelled.
